Bandsaw Circle Cutting Sled Hardware Kit - Notify

This is a notification list for kits to build a bandsaw circle cutting sled. 

Use the "Notify Me When Available" button on the right side of the screen to be notified if/when these are available.

Signing up for notification does not guarantee that they will be made available, or that anything is reserved.  If enough notifications are signed up for, these will be made available on a first come first served basis after notifications are sent.

This is a hardware kit only.  

• 1x 13.5" un-drilled T-Slot miter bar
• 1x Brass thumbscrew
• 1x T-track flat nut
• 1x 17" long HDPE miter slot runner (3/4" wide, 3/8" tall) and mounting screws 
  • If the miter slot on your bandsaw is not 3/4" wide, 3/8" tall, or you don't have one, contact us before purchase and we can remove the miter bar from the order, and deduct it from the price
• 1x 3D printed washer spacer for using the miter bars with 3/4" plywood
• 3x 3D printed no-drill drop in spacers for using the miter bars with 3/4" plywood
  

You will need to drill holes for mounting the T-Slot miter bar to the sled, as well as drilling holes for the sliding section of the miter bar for a screw to pass through, and a 3/8" hole for the no-drill drop in spacers.  #6 screws will need to be used for mounting plywood to the no-drill drop in spacers, with the length dependent on the plywood thickness you choose.

NOTES: 

1. This kit does not include any wooden components, nor plans to create the sled itself. It is expected that you will be able to create one for it to the dimensions required for your bandsaw.  There is too much variation for us to provide plans or measured drawings.  
2. Returns or exchanges of kits that have been modified or damaged from use or assembly are accepted at our discretion.  Such returns will require prior approval including photos of the kit to be returned.  Returns or exchanges that are found to have been modified or damaged will either be refused and returned or subject to restocking fees.
