1.5" String Inlay Clock 03

This clock is made from maple that has some curly figure to it, along with some string inlay. 

This particular clock has 2 vertical string inlays, that are padauk and purpleheart from left to right.  It also has two horizontal string inlays that are purpleheart and padauk from top to bottom. There is also an angled inlay on the right side that is also padauk.  The pieces of the inlays were arranged so that it looks like the horizontal pieces weave over and under the vertical inlays.

The 1.5" Clock insert is a quartz movement with silver ring and white clock face.

The clock has a saw tooth hanger on the back side, should the clock be wanted for wall hanging.
